BRIEF
A 4 bedroom house for a family of three generations with maximum garden space. 60’x40′ site, 100% Vaastu compliant.
STORY
To maximize open space, we reduced the building footprint and designed an inward-looking house with a massive courtyard. All living spaces are planned around this courtyard, which forms an integral part of the spatial experience of each. The First Floor plan sees the GF footprint repeated, with the two volumes bridged by an elevated walkway across the courtyard.
